Order Confirmation

Confirmed orders are processed, after validated payment, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, within the period indicated on the product sheet, in principle. The time indicated is an average time.
In the event of an incident preventing the processing of the customer’s order, it is canceled and its payment is cancelled.

Order suspension

OPSYSE reserves the right to suspend any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order, pending payment of this prior order, regardless of the order method. and/or payment.

Withdrawal period.

The customer benefits from a withdrawal period. OPSYSE undertakes to reimburse him for his purchases within 14 days from the date of receipt of his order. Only the price of the products is refunded. Shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt by the company OPSYSE of the returned products.

Availability

In the absence of availability of products during the processing of the order, the company OPSYSE undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible, by telephone, email or post and to indicate to the customer an availability period. The customer has the option of accepting or refusing this new deadline. In case of refusal on his part, the order is canceled and refunded in full.

2. Rates and terms of payment

Payment currency

All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in Euros.

Terms of payment

The customer can pay for his online purchases by credit card (CB, Eurocard, Visa, Mastercard). OPSYSE has selected the Paybox secure payment solution.
At the time of the order, when the customer must enter or communicate his card number and its expiry date, he will no longer be on our site, but on the Paybox network. The numbers given therefore never pass through our network and are never known or kept by the company OPSYSE
After verification and agreement of Paybox, you automatically return to the OPSYSE company website to continue your purchases in complete security.

3. Delivery and postage

Products are delivered to the address stipulated at the time of payment, by recorded delivery. The delivery note will be attached to the shipment. However, products ordered by recipients outside mainland France are subject to the conditions in force in their country.

Delivery times are not the responsibility of OPSYSE. OPSYSE cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused by third parties.

Postage outside mainland France, i.e. within Europe, is charged at 20€ for all countries within the European Union.

4. Retention of title

The products remain the property of the company OPSYSE until their full payment, in accordance with the law N ° 80325 of May 12, 1980. Any dispute falls exclusively under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Avignon (84)

5. Responsibility

The company OPSYSE has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery or subsequent services, only an obligation of means. OPSYSE cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with case law.

6. Personal data

The company OPSYSE recalls that pursuant to article 1124 of the civil code, unemancipated minors are incapable of contracting. Consequently, orders intended for minors must be placed by parental authority. In the event of accidental collection of personal data relating to a minor, the parental authority has the capacity to oppose their conservation.
